Qwest raising rates on June 4th, 2010

Qwest is currently mailing out letters to their customers that they intend on increasing rates for several small business services within their (14) state footprint. This will impact the following services: 

Qwest rolls out low speed qmoe

Qwest Low Speed QMOE was officially rolled out March 8th in Arizona and Nebraska. Colorado and Minnesota are scheduled to be rolled out on April 8th. The remaining in-region states will be rolling out in during 2010 based on demand forecasts.

Qwest bulk loop qual requests
